Andréa's music and writings are often inspired by her intense dreams and nightmares. She says dreams are connected to the subconscious and to the magical world. She loves strange, dark and spooky cinema, such as David Lynch's visual works, Lars Von Trier's, or spiritual movies like The Fountain. Andréa wrote the scripts Grandma and Behind the Mirror in 2004, as well as the graphic story One Autumn Day, which combined dark erotica with decadent and esoteric ideas. She also created the concept for her video Underworld.

At the present, she is working on two film scripts that describe the dark emotional state of a woman with forbidden desires, exploring the threshold to shame. She thinks it's quite important to have sinister scripts created by female minds as there is a great world to be explored. She wants to make the films, star in them and create the music: in a way, re-creating her dream atmosphere.

Andréa is also involved in other upcoming films, and she is eager to play a challenging character. In fact, she turned down quite a few roles and mentioned before that she would love to play a female Dexter, for example. She has been working with Redemption and Hammer films in the past. A few of her songs are used in the Spanish sci-fi film Regression, as well as in the upcoming film of Hollywood's director Scott Derrickson. You can watch the first trailer here.

Watch the video for the song Underworld here
The concept of the Underworld video is about stains and scars, those on the inside. The outside is the facade and no one knows what is hiding inside of a person. In my video concept, I am the facade and the observer walking in ugly, cold and big old factory rooms, where I pass by the chained and beaten up men, who represent the stains, the scars and the chains that hold us in our everyday life. The song is also about the image of vampires - kind of like my inner nature and my inner wolf that I have to hide away a lot of times, when I am out doing everyday tasks. Sometimes I am forced to be amongst social events and just smile and talk stupid, when in reality I just want to scream out "fucking hell: I want to get out of here!"

Watch the video for the song Wake to Wither here
This song is about a very own dark feeling and experience and it has a very dark atmosphere. It's about living life here, day in and day out and having dreams showing the real living. It was directed by the artistic video team of Akff. I wanted to create a David Lynch type of atmophere, as I am very inspired by David Lynch films. The cat in the video is my cat Morphia, who was very curious and always came in front of the camera, so we decided to have her play a part in the mirror house.
